Free Workouts In DC

Hey Ladies! So below I’ve constructed a list of free(yes! FREE) ways to get your workout on in the District. From bootcamps, barre, running clubs and even crossfit. While these classes most definitely do not take the place of the intricate service of a personal trainer, it does, however, provide you opportunities to test out the trainers for future reference. These classes, also, serve as a way to get social and to network. The number one reason people don’t workout is because they ‘claim’ they don’t have time. Well, scratch off “Happy Hour w/Girlfriends” in your planner and fill it in with “Yoga in the Park w/Girlfriends”! It’s time to take control of your health, and this is the perfect way to start. No worries if you’re a beginner, these classes are led by certified professionals who will provide moderations of exercises for those who are new to fitness.
